Vacuum lines - 6” Continuously grounded, wire reinforced, neoprene vacuum / pressure hose, looped to rear, no disconnecting required when dumping, all piping to be stainless steel

Liquid level indicator - Rotary float gauge with 9" stainless steel floatball,

Catwalk – OSHA type - Gripstrut material at 3 o'clock position, full length stainless steel, curbside

Ladder - Anti-skid.

Handrail - Safety grab rail at tank top.

Front hoist - 25 ton capacity-120” stroke, three stage hydraulic hoist. Full length subframe with body stops. Heavy duty hinge assemblies with grease fittings. Hoist safety prop.

Rear door - Full opening, top hinged, door hydraulic up and down. Grease fittings on all moving parts.
Neoprene door seal. carbon Steel. Door safety prop, all wetted parts to be stainless

Hose trays and fenders - Combination Stainless Steel outside and inside painted, fenders on both sides of unit, stay down when tank lifts, trays closed in on ends, SS drain valves in each front tray.

Mudflaps - Front and rear, anti-sail

Decant valve - One (1) 4” SS Betts valve air operated self closing with remote control, male coupling and cap. - Driverside, be mounted as far up the head as possible and keep it inside the DOT bumper requirements

Toolbox - One (1) 30” x 18” x 18”, stainless

Rear valves (suction) - One (1) 4” SS Betts valve air operated self closing with remote control, male coupling and cap. Internal stand (4” riser pipe-SS) with deflector plate, 4” SS Betts manual valve. - Curbside, be mounted as far up the head as possible and keep it inside the DOT bumper requirements

Rear valves (discharge) - One (1) 6” SS Betts valve air operated self closing with remote control, male coupling and cap, 6” ss Betts manual valve.

Top loading port - Rear head top, 8” flanged port in top of rear door, 6” wear sleeve with flange plate cover and coupling and cap, stainless steel, additional 6” stainless port top of tank towards the front with cam lock fitting and cap, stainless steel

Rear bumper - Heavy duty, meets D.O.T. 407 / 412 for valve protection. Anti-skid steps for access to rear door locks.

Vibrator - Hydraulic, mounted on heavy duty mounting channel and heavy duty tank mounting pad.
Pressure relief valve and variable speed control.

Nitrogen line - 1 ”nitrogen line, with stainless steel ball valves an
coupling and stainless steel caps, line to be driverside mounted, with stainless brackets for support, easy reach for operator to make connection

Vented filler cap, filter and suction strainer, sight level tube. Hydraulic pump driven from air p.t.o. Valve bank to operate: dump body hoist, rear door, liquid ring pump, jetter, and vibrator oil pressure gauge and pressure relief valve. 3/4" drain in oil tank, hydraulic oil cooler and fans

Auxiliary vacuum/pressure pump - Presvac PV750, 410 CFM @ free air, 27” Hg maximum vacuum, 25 psi maximum pressure, four way valve for vacuum and pressure. Check valve and oil catch muffler. External moisture trap with 5” stainless steel floatball and 2” drain valve. 3” SS air operated isolation valve with continuous grounded vacuum lines looped to rear. No disconnecting required when dumping, all piping is stainless

Finish - Polished Tank
- Sandblasted with two (2) coats of primer paint. Two (2) coats of finish paint, Dupont Centari - acrylic urethane enamel, one (1) colour. Orange: Same color code as used on C-2722
