Isolation valve - 6" air operated Butterfly valve between primary and secondary shut off, stainless steel 316

Vacuum lines - 6" continuous grounded, wire reinforced neoprene vacuum pressure hose, looped to rear no disconnect required when dumping, piping to be stainless steel

Cyclone - One (1) cyclone, size for proper blower CFM, which bottom hatch cover for cleaning, drain valve in bottom

Vacuum pressure gauges - Two (2) glycerine filled, anti-shock

Liquid level indicator - External arrow rotary float gauge with 9" stainless steel float ball, Teflon packing and neoprene seals, equipped with grease fittings, stainless steel 316

Baffles - Three (3) half baffles, upper section of tank welded to reinforcing pads, stainless steel 316

Top manways - Three (3) 20" diameter manway with neoprene gasket, design pressure 50 p.s.i., stainless steel 316

Spill dam-SS - Around all manway, with drain hoses
- 4” SS sampling port inside spill box
- Additional 6” loading nozzle, for loading from another vacuum source, stainless steel fitting, and cap and coupling, in tank shell center top, includes a 90 degree elbow with stainless fitting to raise above the spillbox so hose can be attached
- 1” nitrogen line with valves and gauge

Walkway-SS-street side - Anti-skid, gripstrut material at 3 o'clock position

Hoist - Front mounted hydraulic hoist 30 tons capacity with safety prop

Rear door-SS - Full opening rear door, hydraulically operated with heavy-duty wingbolt closures, door safety prop

Vibrator - Two (2) hydraulically operated with heavy duty mounting pad, they are to be operated independently of each other.

Hose tray/fenders - Two (2) 30' long, drain valves in each front tray both sides, painted stainless steel

Toolbox - Two (2) 30" x 18" x 18" stainless smooth

Rear valves (suction) - One (1) 4” Betts SS valve air operated self closing with remote control, male coupling and cap. Internal stand (SS-riser pipe) with deflector plate. 4” Betts SS manual valves.

Rear valves (discharge) - One (1) 6” Betts SS valve air operated self closing with remote control, male coupling and cap. 6” Betts SS manual valves.

Top loading port - 8” in flanged port in top of rear door, stainless steel 316, with 6” stainless wear sleeve with SS coupling and drip cap

Lights-L.E.D. - Vapour proof, all wiring in conduit, Truck Lite, 3 lamp rear modules, junction box, 3 in a row top clearance bar, clearance lights and reflectors, reflective tape

Worklights-L.E.D. - One (1) L.E.D. light at engine area, one switch to operate this light for night operation
- 40” double row L.E.D. light bars, One (1) rear head, Two (2) on driver side, Two (2) passenger side
- Separate switches for rear head light bar, and separate switches for light bars left and right side of the tank.

Trailer frame-carbon steel - Full length, heavy-duty dump chassis with heavy-duty hinge assembly

Suspension – Tri Axle - Hedrickson with air ride with dump valve

Axles-Fixed-Tri Axle - Three (3) 20,000 lbs capacity each, fixed, equal spacing, Hedrickson Axles

Lift Axles-steerable - All lift axles rated at 20000 pounds each
- Two (2) lift Hendrickson axles, steerable in front of tri suspension, equal spacing on axles
- All regulators are to be in stainless cabinet on driverside for easy access.

Auxiliary Diesel 200 HP - John Deere-Tier 4 Final 4 cylinder Water Cooled with clutch, fuel pump, fuel tank be sized to run 24 hours continuous with 3” filler neck mounted to driverside, alternator, batteries, gauges, and
controls are all easy reach from ground level for operator, belt drive blower from clutch.
(All Controls on Driverside) Mounted Front of trailer, John Deere to have enclosure, and cold start package

Auxiliary vacuum/pressure pump - PV-750, 410 CFM @ free air, ballast port cooling 28” Hg maximum vacuum, 25 psi maximum pressure. Four way valve for vacuum and pressure. Check valve and oil catch muffler. External moisture trap with 5” stainless steel floatball and 2” drain valve. 3” air operated isolation valve with continuous grounded vacuum lines looped to rear. No disconnecting required when dumping.

Hydraulic system - Hydraulic reservoir.
Vented filler cap, filter and suction strainer, sight level tube. Hydraulic pump driven from air p.t.o. Valve bank to operate: dump body hoist, rear door, vacuum pump, and vibrators, oil pressure gauge and pressure relief valve 3/4” drain in oil tank.
