Description

2003 Guzzler Classic Stainless Industrial Air Handler on 2021 Peterbilt 567. Fully refurbished 2003 Guzzler Classic Stainless industrial air handler mounted on a low-mileage 2021 Peterbilt 567 chassis with only 5,174 miles and 654.8 hours. Features a 14-yard 316 stainless steel debris body, 316 stainless steel baghouse, and stainless steel dust piping with no patch repairs.

Powered by a Cummins X15 ISX engine paired with an Eaton Fuller 18-speed transmission and a new hydraulic clutch. The chassis is equipped with Blind Spot View Monitors (BVM), turn-signal-activated cameras, a reverse camera, and a tow package with electric trailer brakes.

The vacuum system features a Hibon SIAV 8702 blower with new filter bags. The hydraulic system has been completely refurbished with new hydraulic lines, a rebuilt valve body, rebuilt cylinders, and related components. The electrical system has also been completely updated and includes a new remote-control system designed for easy component replacement and servicing.

The water system features a new 1,036-gallon 316 stainless steel freshwater tank and a completely rebuilt Pratissoli KF36 water pump with all-new internal components. The pump features a 1/2-inch pressure-side outlet and produces approximately 32 GPM at 3,000 PSI.

Also equipped with a 1/2-inch electric hose reel with 100 feet of 1/2-inch hose for hand washdown. The unit is set up for easy winterization with a dedicated antifreeze tank and air connections for blowing out and drying the water lines. Water-system components are constructed from stainless steel, brass, plastic, and rubber hose for durability and corrosion resistance.
